Payment
Bespoke PT is an out-of-network medical practice which means we do not directly contract or bill health insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of service in the form of check, credit card, venmo, or HSA/ FSA cards. Many insurance providers will reimburse services through out-of network therapy benefits. Upon request we can provide you with an itemized superbill for you to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement or credit towards your deductible. We recommend reviewing your out of network benefits prior to your appointment.
Our clinic space is thoughtfully designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment where patients can feel heard and never rushed or dismissed. We work with all patients to determine their plan, including frequency of appointments, driven by their needs.
